Pure Skin & Body shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We offer various shipping options to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Our main shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, and we also offer local pick up for certain regions.

2. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can see your shipping cost during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Standard Shipping: $3.00-$5.00 for orders under $50, free for orders over $100
Expedited Shipping: $7.00-$15.00 for delivery within 2-3 business days
International Shipping: currently do not offer international shipping

4. Delivery Times:

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping generally arrives within 3-4 business days.

5. Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the U.S.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Certain products may not be eligible for shipping due to size or weight.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at mariekay13@yahoo.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Due to the chemical make-up of certain products, especially those containing tallow and certain oils, the structure of the product can change at different temperatures. It is recommended that you store it in an environment of 65-80 degrees. SHIPPING IN HOT CLIMATES: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE YOUR ORDERS SHIPPED TO A CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACILITY TO PREVENT TEXTURE CHANGES.
